BECCnet and CECnet

The Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy at The University of Arizona manages the BECCnet and CECnet listservs.

BECCnet is a free Internet forum that provides information on activities and news related to the Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC) and the North American Development Bank (NADB). It also allows people to exchange comments and information related to the U.S.-Mexico border environment with individuals and groups on both sides of the border.

CECnet is a free Internet forum that provides information on activities and news related to the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC). It also allows people to exchange comments and information related to the North American transboundary environment with individuals and groups in Mexico, Canada, and the United States.
