Governing the Arctic and Antarctic Regions

Publications by Bernard P. Herber

Bernard P. Herber, Ph.D. (1929-2014), was professor emeritus of economics at the Univeristy of Arizona and a former Udall Center Fellow (1990-91). His research focus was on public economics and international public finance.

Among his publications are three issued by the Udall Center: two working papers and a book that look at governance of the Arctic and Antarctic regions. All three publications are available here free as pdf documents.
