Cornell Presents Keynote Talk at Indigenous Governance Conference

Stephen Cornell was a keynote speaker at a conference this week in Vancouver sponsored by the British Columbia Treaty Commission (BC Treaty Commission) titled “Building Nationhood: Multi-Community Governance” that looks at the at governance challenges faced by multiple communities that are trying to reconstitute themselves as united nations. Also on the program: Sophie Pierre, co-chair of NNI’s International Advisory Council. Cornell is a professor of sociology and NNI’s faculty chair.
