Len Necefer travels to D.C. to testify before the Committee on Natural Resources regarding Oil and Gas Development
Dr. Len Necefer, joint-appointed Assistant Professor in American Indian Studies and the Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy, traveled to Washington, D.C. to address Congressman Alan S. Lowenthal (D-CA) and the Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources on Capitol Hill at a legislative hearing titled, "Oil and Gas Development: Restoring Community Input and Public Participation in Leasing Decisions."
